Previously i reviewed the Rodial Super Acids Xtreme Rush Acid Peel which i got in the Marks and Spencer’s beauty advent calendar. Since then Rodial have been in contact to ask if i want to review some more of this range, of course i said yes please! So here we are.
I was sent three products all together, all from the same range. I was seriously stoked to be trying these because I’ve heard such amazing things from this brand and i loved the Acid Peel a lot.
Cleansing is something i need to do a lot more often. Since trying these products I’ve upped my skincare game a lot. My skin seriously needed it. You wouldn’t think it judging by my photos but I’ve actually started to develop acne and it’s slowly getting worse, i’m currently waiting to see my doctor about it but this cleanser has already helped a tonne in the few days i have been using it. The glycolic works miracles for my skin, it doesn’t irritate either which i was worried it would. The names of these products sound pretty intense but they aren’t as harsh as they sound don’t worry although they do work really effectively. I love the gel texture to this, it isn’t to thick or creamy. It’s actually really refreshing. I wash off with cold water to wake my skin up.
First of all can i just say i love the name of this scrub. It reminds me of that lush feeling when you get home after a night out or busy day and take your makeup off. You know, that fresh clean face feeling. Man i love that! I love this scrub too. I’m usually quite picky about what scrub i use because i like a real scrubby scrub that isn’t too harsh on the skin. As impossible as it sounds to find, this one meets my criteria perfectly. It isn’t one of those crubs that feels like it has no exfoliation to it what so ever but at the same time it isn’t too harsh on the skin. It’s perfectly suited to me, i love it.
As much as i love face masks i hate how messy they can get. Washing them off can be a nightmare because they are so thick and feel so heavy. I love the fact that this peel is like a face mask but washes off like a cleanser. It feels so light, it is super easy to apply. I first initially thought that this would sting, surprisingly it doesn’t. I couldn’t fault this peel, i’m definitely gonna buy it again. I’m hoping this range is going to transform my poor blemish covered skin. I have high hopes!
Have you tried this range before? I’d love to know!
Overall i think these products are fab, i’m loving them a lot. If you want a good quality skincare regime then i seriously recommend Rodial!
