Timeless Beauty : Divine Lips

One thing i love more than anything is lipstick, it completes any makeup look whether it’s full on glam or keeping it natural. I only own around 15 lipsticks now. I know some of you are probably reading this thinking that’s either way too many or no way near enough. For me it’s a lot. Not as much as i used to own though, when i moved i had a big clear out and minimised my makeup collection by at least half. It was a very sad time for me *Que violins*

I was lucky enough to be sent a couple of the Joan Collins Timeless Beauty lipsticks called Divine Lips.Β I never even realised Joan Collins had her own beauty line, she’s an absolute delight and i was so excited to try these. I had previously seen some other bloggers write reviews on her products and they loved them so i was pretty sure i would too. Boy was i right, these lipsticks are bomb af!

The two shades i was sent were Bella and Suzy Starr, both absolutely gorgeous shades which scream summer is coming!

Bella is a gorgeous pink shade, perfect for day time looks. Especially paired with glowing, dewy skin and subtle eye shadow. It’s a beautifully pigmented colour which i think looks wonderful on. It isn’t something i’d usually wear as i tend to go more nude. I couldn’t help but laugh as i typed that. Never the less i really like it and can’t wait to take it on my holiday for some day time glowing.

Suzy Starr was definitely right up my street. It’s vibrant, bright and looks absolutely gorgeous on. Especially with a tan which I’ve just recently applied. I’m definitely going to wear this one in the summer evenings when i want a natural eye, glowing skin and a bold lip. My evening holiday look is sorted, it makes me so excited to know i will soon be sipping cocktails in the sun. Of course i will post pictures wearing both these gorgeous shades.

Can i also just say that the packaging of these lipsticks is even gorgeous. It has a gold, metal casing which reminds me a lot of the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks. Β I especially like that it has Joan Collins name engraved on it. It’s has a definite touch of class.

What do you think of these lipsticks? Which one is your fave shade?
