Hey My loves.

Todays post is a super awesome collaboration with Beauty UK, who kindly sent me some goodies to try and review. I’ve worked with Beauty UK before and i love their products. They’re really good, really affordable and really good quality. It’s a perfect brand all round. So anyway, i thought instead of writing a review on each product i’d switch things up a little and create a look using their products and talk through it that way instead. The look i chose to create is a purple/ plum shade glam look that can easily be worn as an everyday look or as a going out look added with some false lashes. Hope you enjoy!

I started by priming my face with the Beauty UK Prime FX, it has a velvety texture and fills in pores nicely. It’s like a clear version of the Benefit Professional. I basically think all velvet primers are dupes for the Benefit one, but seriously my foundation just glided on.

I done my usual brow routine which is the ABH Dip Brow Pomade in the shade Ebony and carved them out with some concealer.

I then used my Chanel Vita Lumiere foundation mixed with some of the Body Shop Drops Of Light Serum. Sounds strange but it makes my foundation so hydrating and soft. It works for me perfectly. I simply add my foundation to a makeup brush then add two drops onto it. Love doing this right now.

To conceal my blemishes i used the Beauty UK Perfect Concealer. I never use concealer pens so to speak but this one was amazing. It blended so well and had a really high coverage. It’s more hydrating than i though it would be too. Usually i think concealer pens are really dry and flaky. I was really surprised.

I then went in and concealed my under eyes with the Maybelline Eraser Eye. As you know by now this is a cult fave of mine. I use it everyday without fail.

To highlight and contour i used the Beauty UK Ultimate Pro Contour Palette. This palette is freakin’ amazing. I’m so in love with it, it’s unreal. It’s really pigmented and blends really well. To highlight i used the top middle shade which has a banana kind of tone to it. And to contour i used the darkest shade. I also used the middle bottom shade to contour my nose. I can honestly say this palette is easily becoming my favourite.

For blusher i used the Baked Blush in the shade  No 3 Halo although i didn’t really add enough. I like my blush to be subtle because i’ve never been a big fan of blusher. I’ve only just started to use it. I love the colour of this so much though. It’s a really nice deep nude colour with pink / gold tones. I love the packaging of this too haha.

To bake my under eyes i used the Vichy Derma blend setting powder. I’m really loving white setting powders lately, they brighten the under eyes more i personally think.

To set the rest of my face i used my Too Faced Amazing Face Powder.  I haven’t used in ages so i decided to go back to it today.

I went over my contour with the ABH powder contour palette middle bottom shade.

To highlight i used my good old Mary Lou-Manizer by The Balm with the Spectrum Large Fan Brush which i’m la la loving! (Read Review Here)

For my eyeshadow i used the BH Cosmetics Neutral Eyeshadow And Blush Palette. I went with a deep purple shade in my crease and outer corner of my eye with a lighter pink on the inners of my eye. On my lid i used the Sigma Brilliant Shimmer Cream. I then went in with my IT cosmetics Hello Lashes Mascara.

For my lips i used the Beauty  UK Pucker Up Liner in the shade No 9 Plum Pout which glides on so smooth and easily, i love the fact it’s a twist one instead of one that needs sharpening because not gonna lie, i’m so rubbish at that jazz. They sent me three other shades too which are such nice colours.

I then went in with the Beauty UK Lips Matter in the shade Shake Your Plum which in previous posts and on social media, people have loved! It really is a pretty shade. It lasts quite a while and applies perfectly without too much drying.

And voila, that’s my purple glam look created. All in all i la la loveeeee Beauty UK products. They look so gorgeous and the price is so affordable. Best Drugstore products evs. Thank you to the wonderful team at Beauty UK who allowed me to review these wonderful products. I’m literally using them everyday. Perfect!
