I think foundation is they main structure to a perfect makeup look. It’s the base to a flawless look. I love foundation, it’s a really important part of my routine. I love that it can make my dull, blemished skin look bright, flawless and glowing. Without it, i genuinely think i’d cry. So today i thought i’d share with you my most used, fave foundations i use to get a flawless complexion.

Loreal Nude Magique Cushion Foundation

I have a bit of a love / hate relationship with this foundation. I absolutely love it and it’s easy application. But i just wish it was a little bit more covering. It’s a light – medium coverage but i feel most of the time i need a high coverage. Basically this ones fab for when my skin isn’t breaking out very much. It cost around £9.99 and has lasted quite well. I also have the bronzer version which i love 100%

Chanel Vita Lumiere Foundation

This foundation is absolutely lush. The coverage is build able and it blends so easy. I bought this when i was tanned in the holidays last year so i only use when my face is a little darker. I’ve nearly used it all up which makes me V V sad but i have had it over a year. Not complaining haha. It costs around £36.00 which for me is quite pricey, but it’s so worth it.

Mac Studio Sculpt Foundation

I la la laveeeee this foundation super amounts. I bought from the Mac store back in February and i’m nearly out of it. It’s coverage is so so amazing. It covers every single blemish effortlessly and is perfect for my dry skin. I would say that this foundation is a little on the heavy side so if you like natural, light weight foundations then this one won’t be one of your faves. To buy this foundation is costs around £26.00 which i’d say is a fab price. I don’t use every day, just when i’m going out or want to cover up those hella bad blemishes.

No7 Instant Radiance Foundation

Now this foundation is an all time fave, i’ve been using for nearly two years and it never fails to let me down. It’s perfect for tired, stressed and dry skin and gives a boost of radiance to fight dull skin. If i’ve had no sleep or i’m feeling a little stressed i always reach for this. It’s a build able coverage and has SPF in. It’s not too heavy but again isn’t that light. It’s kind of in-between. It costs around £12.50 and can be bought in Boots. Again i’m running low, i will totally buy more. The price is fab and it’s a perfect mid range foundation.

Make sure to check out my other posts and comment your fave foundations!

I looove the Cushion Foundation! But definitely only for summer when a lighter coverage is okay! I used to love the Mac Studio Sculpt for its coverage but I haven’t used it in years x

I tried out the Loreal cushion but I got it in a shade that’s too light for me :'( , so I’m keeping that for the winter, but I really want the Mac Studio Sculpt! Is it worth it?

Thank you so much for this post. I’m always looking for good foundations because I really a full coverage foundation. I tend to have some acne and only full coverage foundation do the trick. BTW the pictures on your blog have excellent quality!!!! -Isabelle trulyindulgent.com
