M&S Christmas Beauty Calender Day 5 -Josh Wood Radiant Shine Hair Treatment Oil.

Day 5 of blogmas and also day 5 of the M&S beauty advent calender. We are race by through this! It feels so great to be posting everyday again after not posting very often. I feel like I’ve got my blogging mojo back. Yay!

Behind day 5 was a Radiant shine hair treatment oil by Josh Wood.

Hair oils are something I’ve rarely used. A couple of years ago I used one because I was getting such static hair because of the weather changes and my hairdresser recommended using an oil once my hairs styled to help stop my hair going everywhere. Has anyone else heard of this? It did help a lot.

There’s two ways of using the oil. Use as a pre shampoo treatment or to smooth your hair and add some gloss once styled. Because it’s such a little bottle i imagine it would go really quickly if used as a pre shampoo. Because I’ve used it before after my hairs styled I’d much prefer to do that.

Whenever I think of hair oils I think of it making your hair greasy. It’s so important to not use to much otherwise you run the risk of it going greasy unless using it as a pre shampoo then you’re washing it out anyway.

It smells gorgeous and made my hair feel lush this morning. It’s perfect to get that sleek straight hair look. I really need to learn to love my hair more.

What are your thoughts on hair oils?

It is great to use as a hair food, the winter takes it toll on hair so it is important to put some oil on your hair as it reduces the dry damage that happens . I Use it. Daily , a little goe a long way . Use a tiny amount rubbed together in the palms of your hand and apply to the lengths of your hair only. This way no greasy look just fab hair x
