Over the years i have had a bit of a love hate relationship with hair extensions. Way back when i was younger and had very little fashion sense, i had these cheap synthetic ones but they felt more like plastic extensions that are way lighter than my actual hair (I had like yellow brassy blonde dyed hair, attractive i know) that justย looked absolutely awful. Those times still haunt me today haha. My dad used to tell me i look like Boy George, Gee. Then going back to last year i had some more which again were off colour and looked way to long. Obviously they were more acceptable than the ones before but hey, that wasn’t exactly hard. That takes us to today.

When Milk + Blush got in contact and sent me some to try and review i was quite excited. Like, finally i’m gonna try some decent hair extensions that will look pretty not creepy.

I made the mistake of being dumb and not knowing my lengths, i chose the shortest ones which was 14 – 16 inches because i wanted a reasonable length. Something that wouldn’t make me look silly because long hair just doesn’t look right on me. When they arrived it clicked that i should have thought things through. I put them in and they were the exact same length as my bloody real hair. So now the games changed. They’re not extensions but more hairย to make my own hair thicker but because i have such thin hair anyway i’m not exactly complaining. Actually it looks really nice and natural. The colour was slightly lighter but it blends in perfectly and you can dye them darker which is so good because let’s be honest, we don’t always stick to the same colour. I genuinely love it, my hair feels so lovely and healthy. I’m so thrilled and just want to wear them every single day. 10/10!

They’re made out of 100% Remy Human Hair and are okay to add heat to. So if you wanted to curl or straighten them you totally could. I like that part because mine carve inwards looking like a long bob but i’d like to curl them and see how that would look. I will post a picture when i get round to it.

They’re the softest hair extensions i’ve ever owned and they feel so luxurious to wear. I am like, blown away. I would buy these again within a heartbeat. In fact, saying that i’m planning on going blonde soon so i will probably buy some more then. I should have chose blonde really because i wanted to do that ASAP. Oh well haha. I will be a brownie for a little longer heh heh.

A x

Ah they look so good! Love your hair. I used to use them to thicken my hair up and loved the effect! It’s been so long since I tried hair extensions though. Would love to try them out again xx

Thank you doll!, It’s such a good idea to thicken instead of lengthen. This is the first time in over a year for me, but the best time too haha! xx
